1. Payment for Wedding Photos must be made on collection. Photos are not released 'on approval'.

2 . Reprints and all other items must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.

3. Fairytale Photos does not accept payment by credit or debit card.

4. Payment by cheque is accepted, up to the limit of the valid cheque guarantee card supporting the cheque. Otherwise by prior arrangement with the management only.

5. Fairytale Photos retains the negatives, copyright and all reproduction rights on all photographs taken.

6. Fairytale Photos reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without notice. Our current Terms & Conditions of Business are on prominent display in our shop.
